How does the free trial work?
The 30-day free trial applies to monthly plans only. Start on monthly and your team uses the platform free for 30 days, then billing begins at $59 per active seat each month. Cancel anytime before the trial ends with no charge. Annual plans bill $468 per seat upfront the day you sign up (which works out to $39 per seat per month) and are not eligible for the free trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your billing dashboard. Monthly plans end at the close of your current billing cycle. Annual plans run through the end of your paid term and don't auto-renew if you cancel.
Can I add or remove reps mid-month?
Yes. Add seats anytime. You'll only be billed for the prorated portion of the month. Remove a seat and the rep loses access at the end of the current billing period (or scheduled for the next renewal on annual plans).
How does setup work?
Sign up, set your redline per state and per office, then build your payscales. Payscales come pre-configured for solar (flat pay, percentage, per kW, with optional frontends), so you just adjust the numbers to match your office. Add your reps and they sell that day. No setup fees, no onboarding cost. Already have data in another platform or spreadsheets? We'll bring it over at no charge.
Can my reps see each other's earnings?
No. Every rep has their own private dashboard. They only see their own earnings. Override structures and amounts are visible only to the owner, so nothing about who earns what on whose deals leaks between reps. Owners and managers you designate have full visibility across the team, so nothing slips through the cracks.
Is my team's data secure?
Yes, all data is encrypted. Stripe handles all payment information. We never see or store credit card numbers.
